PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cell and/or tissue and/or disease phase specific medicine for the treatment of chronic inflammatory disease. SOLUTION: In this method, a disease, cell type, tissue and/or stage specific protein and nucleic acid are identified in relation to development pattern and corresponding nucleic acid is analyzed as a candidate of the attack target of DNAzyme or siRNA. Then the nucleic acid is bonded to a target sequence and active and specific DNAzyme and siRNA to cut it are designed and used as curative medicines for chronic inflammatory disease and auto immune disease.
