PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable mirror for a working machine by which a stay can be rotated or fixed without using a tool, and adjustments can be performed easily. SOLUTION: The mirror for the working machine is provided with a stay 7 supporting the mirror, and a mounting member 8 supporting the stay 7 and being fitted to a vehicle. The mounting member 8 includes a boss 12 having press-contact surfaces on both ends, and a shaft hole 15 formed to be perpendicular to the press-contact surfaces in a manner of penetrating the boss 12. The stay 7 includes a cylindrical rotary shaft 31 inserted into the shaft hole 15, and a flange 32 projecting largely from a base end of the rotary shaft 31. A pressure-contact ring 21 rotatable with the stay 7 is fitted to a front end of the rotary shaft 31 projecting from the shaft hole 15. A pressure adjusting nut 22 pressing the pressure-contact ring 21 toward the boss 12 is fastened to the rotary shaft 31.
