PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit making a high-speed differential offset adjustment without influencing a signal line while suppressing increases in power consumption and mounting area, and also to provide an optical disk device. SOLUTION: The driver circuit has: a basic circuit 100 which is supplied with a differential input signal and extracts at least a positive-side signal or negative-side signal of a differential output signal; and a replica circuit 200 which is supplied with the differential input signal to the basic circuit 100 and extracts at least the negative-side signal or positive-side signal of the differential output signal. The replica circuit 200 has circuits equivalent to the basic circuit 100, and extracts the positive-side or negative-side signal of the differential output signal from the circuits supplied with the same differential input signal.
