PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance positioning accuracy using soft tissue information such as organs in positioning a radiotherapy bed. SOLUTION: The radiotherapy system is equipped with a bed for putting a subject on the same, a bed positioning unit for positioning the bed in radiotherapy, and an X-ray imaging unit having an X-ray generating unit for generating X-ray and an X-ray receiver receiving the X-ray from the X-ray generating unit. The bed positioning unit generates bed positioning data based on the first X-ray transparent image data imaged in the X-ray imaging unit and soft tissue transparent data generated from X-ray CT image data obtained when planning treatment, thereby the problem can be solved.
