PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method, an analyzer and an analysis program which perform the favorable flow analysis of a fluid flow process of a fluid having a high influence upon heat transfer between resin and a mold, especially the analyzing method, the analyzer and the analysis program for analyzing the flow process of the resin in a resin injection molding process. SOLUTION: The analyzing method includes a model construction process of dividing at least a part of a cavity of a mold in which fluid flows into a plurality of minute elements to construct a three-dimensional model, a process of calculating the thickness of the cavity which specifies the thickness of a product to be manufacturing by the mold, and a process of determining a heat transfer rate between the fluid and the mold by means of a function including the thickness of the cavity.
