The hearing aid device (1) has a housing (2), a battery charger (3) adjustable opposite to the housing and a locking device for preventing unintentional opening of the battery charger. The locking device has an elastically deformable latching hook. The latching hook engages a locking element of the hearing aid by closed battery charger. A releasing device is provided by which the engaged latching hook is released. The releasing device is operable with a tool (7).
