<p>The intelligent multi-port PLC communications device proposed by the invention makes it possible to effectively deploy local area PLC networks without the need to pre-install data cabling. This is achieved by means of: a physical medium interface which makes it possible to use electricity to transmit the modulated data and will be connected to a communications interface which contains the SOC components of PLC analogue/digital modules, is in turn connected to an embedded operating system (OS) microcontroller and on which the following depend: a flash memory, a visual controller, an Ethernet interface which includes an Ethernet port, and a USB interface from which a "host" USB serial port hangs.</p> |
