<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower head whose infrared transmission window is unlikely to be damaged by accidental fall of a shower head having an infrared ray transmission function onto a floor surface. <P>SOLUTION: The shower head for spouting water and has a transmission unit transmitting an infrared signal and is provided with an infrared transmission window for transmitting the infrared signal in the shower head.
