<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back sheet for a solar cell module excellent in barrier property and adhesiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The back sheet for a solar cell module includes a gas barrier unit having two gas barrier films each having a barrier layer 2 comprising an inorganic oxide, an inorganic nitride or a mixture thereof on at least one side of a substrate film 1, the barrier layers each having an outermost surface with a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.1 to 3 nm, the barrier layers being disposed to face each other via an adhesive layer 4 obtained by curing a two-liquid type polyurethane adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
