<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture sensor used for adult diapers and dialysis sheets and achieving a high sensing accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The moisture sensor 22 has a five-layer structure. The moisture sensor 22 is equipped with: a main sheet 31; and a sub sheet 32 and a waterproof sheet 33 laminated above and below the main sheet 31. Electrodes 36, 37 are printed on the main sheet 31. The electrodes 36, 37 consist of an aqueous carbon ink. A conductive adhesive 34 is intervened between the main sheet 31 and the sub sheet 32. The conductive adhesive 34 represents an electrical insulation property during drying and a conductive property during wetting.
