<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing method of a green ball, a manufacturing method and a polishing device of a ceramic ball, sufficiently improving sphericity in the green ball by realizing isotropic processing. <P>SOLUTION: The polishing method of the green ball has processes of: (S20) supplying the green ball between a first surface of a first member and a second surface of a second member for constituting the polishing device; and polishing the green ball while rotating and revolving the green ball between the first surface and the second surface. In the process of polishing the green ball, a process (S30) of advancing polishing of the green ball while applying a load between the first surface, the second surface, and the green ball, and a process (S40) of changing a rotating shaft of the green ball by making the load smaller than that in the process (S30) of advancing the polishing of the green ball, are alternately performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
