PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope more surely preventing a reflection frame from falling off. SOLUTION: The endoscope 1 includes: a light source part 3 fixed to the tip of an insertion part 2, for emitting illumination light; a ring-like reflector member 4 having a reflection surface 4a arranged surrounding the periphery of the light source part 3; and a cap-like outer frame member 8 to which the tip of the insertion part 2 is inserted in the direction of the longitudinal axis thereof. An opening 10 for exposing the light source part 3 and the reflector member 4 is formed in the outer frame member 8 to be located corresponding to the light source part 3 and the reflector member 4 in the state where the tip of the insertion part 2 is inserted into the outer frame member 8, and the outer dimension of the reflector member 4 is larger than the opening 10.
