PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide main frames of a passenger conveyor which attain high reliability at a joint part, and easily obtains a structure having high rigidity at a break point. SOLUTION: The main frames of the passenger conveyor include a side face body configured by an intermediate inclination part inclined in a horizontal direction, an upper part horizontal part jointed and fixed to the upper side of the intermediate inclination part, and a lower part horizontal part jointed and fixed to the lower side of the intermediate inclination part. The upper part horizontal part and the lower part horizontal part are configured by bending each of the break points on the intermediate inclination part side. The upper part horizontal part is configured so that an upper part boundary that is a boundary with the intermediate inclination part passes the lower side in the vertical direction than the upper part top face side break point that is the break point on the top face side of the upper part horizontal part. The lower part horizontal part is configured so that a lower boundary that is a boundary with the intermediate inclination part passes the upper side in the vertical direction than the lower part bottom face side break point that is the break point on the bottom face side of the lower part horizontal part.
