PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a plurality of fasteners with a carrying shaft having a spiral groove while improving the accuracy for counting the fasteners using a sensor and reducing cost. SOLUTION: Into one end of the carrying shaft 4 having the spiral groove 4a, the plurality of fasteners 2 are introduced each having a head 2a and a shaft 2b. Through the axial rotation of the carrying shaft 4, the head portion 2a is pushed with a side face 4a' of the spiral groove 4a, the fasteners 2 are carried from one end to the other end of the carrying shaft 4. The radial size of a grooved carrying passage 43 supporting the fasteners 2 from below between the outer peripheral face of the carrying shaft 4 and the surface of a guide 6 is adjusted so that the fasteners 2 are carried on the carrying passage 43 in one line along the axial direction of the carrying shaft 4. The pitch of the spiral groove 4a at least at the other end of the carrying shaft 4 is set greater than the axial size of the fastener 2 so that the plurality of fasteners 2 are isolated from one another in the axial direction of the carrying shaft 4.
