A pants support structure for cinching a pair of pants between the structure and a belt. The pants support structure has a support body with a first and second edge with at least one fastening member on the first edge. The fastening member is a hook that receives a belt and lies over the pants so that the pair of pants is cinched between the support body and the belt. The support body has an opening for receiving the button of the pants to provide further force to cinch the pants between the fastening member and the support body.
