<p>Disclosed is a mobile communication terminal which executes processing corresponding to the input from a touch pad. Once contact is made on the touch pad, a first partial processing, including an update process for the display state of a display unit, is executed among the processes which correspond to the contact position. If it is detected that contact was made with at least a predetermined number of positions from when the contact began to when said contact ended or if it is detected that a first time period had elapsed since the beginning of the contact without said contact ending, the display state of the display unit becomes the same as when the update process was not executed. Meanwhile, if the aforementioned detection was not made and if the contact ends, a second partial processing, which processes the remainder of the corresponding processes except for the first partial processing, is executed.</p> |
