PURPOSE: A method for discharging water in a toilet bowl according to excrements and urine and a water saving device are provided to save water since toilet water is discharged in two stages according to excrements and urine. CONSTITUTION: A method for discharging water in a toilet bowl according to excrements and urine comprises the following steps. Top water positioned on the top of a top stopper of a water saving device passed through the inside of the water saving device and is discharged. Bottom water positioned below the top water is discharged through a drain hole formed at the bottom, simultaneously with the first step. |
