A METHOD FOR PRODUCING RED GINSENG EXTRACTS WITH INCREASED CHROMATICITY AND FLUIDITY

PURPOSE: A method for preparing red ginseng concentrate granules is provided to enhance chromaticity and fluidity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing granules of red ginseng concentrate with enhanced chromaticity and fluidity comprises: a step of preparing red ginseng concentrate from red ginseng; a step of maturing the red ginseng concentrate at 50-70°C for 2-4 days; a step of spray-drying the matured red ginseng concentrate; and a step of adding spirit to the powder of red ginseng for granulation. The method further comprises a step of performing hot-wind drying at 30-45°C for 2-4 hours.
