<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid material discharge pump in which a stagnant part is formed in a discharge pump to facilitate the push-down of a push-down head by the action of air stagnant in the stagnant part. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid material discharge pump constituted so that the push-down head 70 with a nozzle is erected through a stem 24 from a cylindrical piston 22 sliding in a pump cylinder 2 and a discharge valve 36 formed between the cylindrical piston 22 and a lower half part of the stem is opened and closed by elevating the cylindrical piston 22 to the lower half part 24b of the stem to discharge the contents in the pump cylinder 2 from the nozzle 72 through an upper half part 24a of the stem from the discharge valve 36, the lower half part 24b of the stem 24 has a cylinder wall for opening the lower surface toward the inside of the pump cylinder 2, a partition wall 52 for closing the inside of the cylinder wall is horizontally provided with a fixed distance from the lower surface, the inside of an air remaining cylinder 50 formed by the partition wall 52 and the cylinder wall part under the partition wall is used as the air stagnant part S of the flow in the pump and bubbles or an air mass are retained in the air retaining cylinder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
