HYDROPHILIC COATING AGENT, COATING FILM USING THE SAME, AND DECORATIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a hydrophilic coating agent for forming a coating film capable of keeping hydrophilicity over a long period of time by restraining the hydrophilicity thereof from being deteriorated due to a scratch, making good use of durability (flaw resistance, scratch resistance or the like) of an ionizing radiation-curable resin; the coating film using the hydrophilic coating agent; and a decorative sheet.

SOLUTION: There are provided (1) the hydrophilic coating agent containing the ionizing radiation-curable resin and alkyl silicate having a methoxy group, (2) the hydrophilic coating film obtained by irradiating the coating film of the hydrophilic coating agent with ionizing radiation to cure the coating film; and (3) the decorative sheet obtained by layering one or more layers on a base material sheet and having the hydrophilic coating film as a surface protective layer positioned on the outermost surface thereof.
