<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a suction nozzle from interfering with the suppressor or the like of a component feeding unit, even when the component feeding unit is removed from a feeder base during the time when the suction nozzle is lowered for extraction of electronic components. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of releasing the connection between connectors 29A and 29B to remove a component feeding unit 3B from a feeder base 3A while lowering a suction nozzle 5, supply power to the component feeding unit 3B is intercepted. A CPU 21 reads the maximum speed increasing command pattern of a nozzle raising/lowering motor 10 which is stored in an RAM 23, and the CPU 21 outputs a speed command and a moving destination position command corresponding to this command pattern to a driver 25. At a point A of the suction nozzle 5 that is being lowered before the completion of extracting the electronic component from a storage tape C, the driver 25 controls the raising/lowering motor 10 to reversely rotate for changeover from lowering to raising. The nozzle raising/lowering motor 10 is controlled to rotationally drive so as to move upward to an origin position at the maximum speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
