摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilting type hydraulic power generating device which generates power by effectively using a small amount of water from a high place, and prevents the degradation of a present-day life and the deterioration of industry or manufacturing industry due to the deterioration in an environment of the earth or to the exhaustion of resources. <P>SOLUTION: One spiral plate is mounted to the inside of a cylinder, and the pitch of the spiral plate is made to be 1-2.5 times of an inner diameter of the cylinder. The cylinder body is slantingly tilted between 10°-25°in a vertical direction, and a small amount of flow water is put in from a water-taking port on the cylinder and collected between the cylinder and the spiral plate. By the weight of the water, the cylinder body is rotated little by little, the water collected in the cylinder simultaneously moved little by little to rotate the cylinder body, thereby generating power by increasing a number of stages of the spiral plate. The tilting type hydraulic power generating device can stably carry out hydraulic power generation using a small amount of water, even in mountains and cities, regardless seasons and weather, and day and night.
