PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprocket enabling the moving distance of a sprocket relative to a rubber crawler in the thickness direction of the sprocket to be set within a restricted range; and to provide a rubber crawler incorporating body equipped therewith. SOLUTION: The sprocket 100 includes a tooth part 101 for engaging with the inner periphery side of the rubber crawler to transit driving force to the rubber crawler 1, and a restricting part 30 for restricting the moving distance of the rubber crawler 1 relative to the sprocket 100 in the thickness direction of the sprocket. The restricting part 30 abuts via the cross inside of the rubber crawler on a protruded portion 4 extending out to the inner periphery side of the rubber crawler to restrict the relative moving distance.
