PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system authenticating a delivery person without reading the non-contact IC of a delivery person identification or a non-contact IC provided on a delivery slip. SOLUTION: An entrance intercom 2 and a house information panel 3 are connected with each other and can perform speech communication. The camera part 21 of the entrance intercom 2 photographs a visitor image and displays it at the display part 46 of the house information panel 3. The entrance intercom 2 obtains as collation information, the ID card image of the delivery person from the camera part 21 and a slip number from an operation part 23. The house information panel 3 analyzes the ID card image to specify a home delivery company, and inquires the delivery condition inquiry server of the home delivery company 6 of the delivery condition of a delivery object by the slip number. The home delivery company 6 returns the delivery condition and the delivery person image of the delivery person in charge of the delivery object as reference information.
