PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for automatically creating a photograph capable of sufficiently providing a time required for writing scribbles during a playtime without needing to repeatedly write the same scribbles during each play. SOLUTION: In the device for automatically creating a photograph, frame images and scribble images created in a cell-phone unit before the operation of the device, and stored in a server 300 by being related to identification data can be downloaded from the server 300 and used during the operation of the device, by transmitting, to the server device 300 through a radio communication unit 79, the identification data to be typically transmitted from the cell-phone unit to a first or second non-contact communication unit. Accordingly, for instance, frame images and scribble images difficult to create in a short limit time can be freely used during the operation of the device, thereby a time required for sufficiently writing scribbles or the like in a playtime can be provided, and the need to repeatedly write the same scribbles or the like in each play is obviated.
