PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member for a tonneau cover device capable of being rolled-up by downwardly pressing a rear end part of a board. SOLUTION: The fixing member 1 for the tonneau cover device 10 includes: a tonneau cover 11 for covering a baggage placement floor formed on a rear side of a vehicle; the board 12 mounted to an end part of the tonneau cover 11; and a rolling-up device for urging the tonneau cover 11 in a rolling-up direction. The fixing member 1 for the tonneau cover device 10 can draw and roll-up the tonneau cover 11 along a rail 14 of the vehicle. A lock piece 2 is pulled into a cylinder part by downwardly pressing the board 12, and an engagement part 23 is removed from an engagement part 15 at a vehicle body side, and thereby the tonneau cover 11 is rolled-up.
