PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control terminal device or the like which is suitable for promoting energy saving. SOLUTION: The control terminal 101 device which controls a facility device is provided with: an acceptor 111 which accepts input operations from a user; a controller 113 which controls operations of the facility device based on the accepted input operations; a communicator 110 which communicates with the facility device or other control terminal devices to transmit information showing the accepted input operations or to receive information showing other input operations transmitted by the facility device or other control terminal device; and a display portion 112 which displays the received information showing other input operations.
