PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with excellent photo sensitivity and filming resistance. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor including a photosensitive layer on a conductive substrate contains an acridone derivative represented by general formula (1) in the photosensitive layer. In formula (1), R1 to R8 are the same or different substituents and at least one of R1 to R8 is a 1-12C perfluoroalkyl group, and each of others is one selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted 6-12C aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-6C alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 6-12C aralkyl group, a 1-6C alkoxy group, a cyano group, a halogen atom, a hydrogen atom, and a 1-12C perfluoroalkyl group, and R9 is a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group or naphthyl group.
