PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce component weight and a manufacturing cost by thinning a portion of a swing board. SOLUTION: The swing board 57 is divided into a rear plate part 66 and a front plate part 67 on the rear side and front side, and the rear plate part 66 is formed of a plate thinner than the front plate part 67, and joined and secured so that the upper face is flush with that of the front plate part 67. The rear part of the front plate part 67 of the swing board 57 is projected backward from a partition wall 59, and a lateral pair of vertical walls 69L, 69R are protrusively provided on the rear plate part of the swing board 57. The front parts 69LF, 69RF of the pair of vertical walls 69L, 69R are projected forward from the rear plate part 66 and secured to the rear part of the front plate part 67 and to the partition wall 59.
