PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and accurately adjusting the water content of powder regardless of the initial water content thereof. SOLUTION: In the method for adjusting water content in powder, powder is dried until the water content X of the powder is less than the target water content Y, and then a predetermined amount W of water is fed to the powder after drying such that the water content X is equal to the target water content Y.
