PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way photograph stand of magnet type to solve the following problem: when inserting a photograph, a fitting type requires a troublesome operation of opening fits in a number of places; an insert type has an insert portion which may be stiff and hard to open; and an insertion type may cause difficulty in taking out the photograph once the photograph is inserted. SOLUTION: The two-way photograph stand of magnet type which allows a frame only to be freely represented is formed by: framing or punching out a magnet sheet or adhesive magnet sheet; decorating the adhesive magnet sheet with an ornamental member such as a bead, artificial flower or tile; making various frames by pasting the adhesive magnet sheet on a back of a frame made of wood, plastic or the like; using a steel board for a base; arranging a magnet on a contact face of the steel board for support; and combining the frame, steel board and support.
