PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical and welfare multi-mini dart, allowing a mentally and physically disabled person, a patient, elderly people, a child or the like to enjoy a darts match for medical care or welfare according to his mental and physical conditions. SOLUTION: This medical and welfare multi-mini dart includes a target 1 having a target indication 5 of a plurality of concentric circles and/or concentric annular bands. Different colors are optionally applied to the spaces between the concentric circles or the annular bands, or scores are respectively displayed there. The target 1 is set and installed to have predetermined angle of inclination, height and throw distance according to the mental and physical conditions of a mentally and physically disabled person, a patient, elderly people, a child or the like. The target indication 5 may be made by flowers, plants, fruits, food, animals, vehicles or dolls, pictures or photos. Further, as recording paper 3, elderly people darts personal recording paper 3A, general darts personal recording paper 3B for general people as an object of medical care and welfare other than the elderly people and a darts tabulation table 3C for recording matches and a plurality of players are used.
