PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiator operation panel for improving visual recognition property, easily performing approach, and attaining an intuitive operation. SOLUTION: An operation panel 8 is arranged on the side part of an X-ray irradiator 3, where operation switches are respectively arranged for the rotary directions of the X-ray irradiator 3 and the driving directions of a support arm 5. A driving direction control unit 23 stores information on the driving directions with which the operation switches are associated relative to the angle of the X-ray irradiator 3. The operation switches output driving indications to the irradiator driving unit 18 or a support arm driving unit 17. The driving direction control unit 23 changes-over the driving indications, based on the angle of the X-ray irradiator 3 and the stored information. The driving direction control unit 23 changes-over the driving indications to be outputted from the operation switches, based on the rotary angles of a top plate 2 and the X-ray irradiator 3 and the information stored in the driving direction control unit 23, thereby canceling a deviation between the driving directions indicated by the operation switches and the driving directions of the driving indications outputted from the operation switches.
