<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive conductive paste capable of forming a thin-film electrode pattern having superior specific resistance value and denseness. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive conductive paste contains an organic binder; a silver powder; photopolymerized monomer; a photopolymerization initiator; an organic solvent; and a glass frit, wherein the silver powder satisfies all of a primary particle diameter of 0.7 μm or less, a specific surface area of 1.4 to 2.0 m<SP>2</SP>/g, and tap density of 2.0 to 5.0 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and contains 15 to 35 mass% of the photosensitive conductive paste. The glass frit has an average particle diameter of 0.3 to 1.5 μm and has a softening point of 530 to 650°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
