<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an image processing device capable of improving convenience in a configuration comprising a plurality of control units; a program; and an image processing system. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device 30 includes a plurality of control units 31, 32, first acquiring units 21, 35 and a memory unit 34. In the memory unit, a plurality of users different from each other and control modes for implementing functions to be used by the users can be registered correspondingly.
