<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a squirrel-cage rotor for a motor by a method of high workability, by improving the reliability of mechanical jointing and electrical jointing, in a method for jointing an end ring to a conductor bar, after causing a shaft to penetrate a core shaft hole at the center part of a core and then penetrating the conductor bar astride the core and a core slot of the end ring. <P>SOLUTION: The squirrel-cage rotor for a motor includes a rotating shaft, a plurality of conductor bars arranged in ring around the rotating shaft, and an annular end ring containing a plurality of slots connected to the plurality of connector bars. A heating/melting step of a solder material is shared for correction of rotational balance by utilizing a weight difference of a balance weight or a difference in the amount of solder material applied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
