PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor capable of keeping adhesive force for a capacitor element over a wide range from a low-temperature region to a high-temperature region without causing degradation of characteristics such as capacitance and ESR caused by rolling looseness of the capacitor element. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral end of the capacitor element formed by rolling or laminating electrode foil through a separator is fixed by an adhesive layer having different stickable regions formed inside the outermost peripheral end of the separator, and thereby rolling looseness of the capacitor element can be prevented over a wide range from a low-temperature region to a high-temperature region.
