PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for finishing an outer wall and a coating film structure of the outer wall, in each of which the measuring/mixing of coating materials/paints are not required, the finished outer wall is not deteriorated in water permeability even after exposed outdoors, and the deterioration of undercoating is prevented to prevent the deterioration of the outer coating film. SOLUTION: A building finish coating material layer including an acrylic resin emulsion, which includes 30-70 wt.% methyl methacrylate and has the glass transition temperature of ≥10°C and <50°C, an aggregate having a hydroxyl group on the surface thereof, and trialkoxysilane having a vinyl group is formed. A coating film having hydrophilicity and a photocatalytic function is further formed on the surface layer of the formed building finish coating material layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
