PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of accurately managing specimens collected from subjects at low cost. SOLUTION: The system includes an identification information acquisition unit 220e for acquiring identification information of a container 32 stored in a storage medium 33 from the storage medium 33 provided for the container 32 for storing a specimen collected from a subject, a collection position information input unit 221e for input of collection position information indicating the position of the specimen collected from the subject, a subject identification information acquisition unit 222e for acquiring identification information of the subject, and a record control unit 223e for controlling the recording of the identification information of the container 32 collected by the identification information acquisition unit 220e, the collection position information input by the collection position information input unit 221e after the acquisition of the identification information of the container 32, and the identification information of the subject acquired by the subject identification information acquisition unit 222e by relating one with another.
