PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device ensuring ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection and noise separation between a tuner circuit and a digital circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes: a tuner circuit 21 operable on first power-supply voltages AVDD and AVSS which are a supply voltage and ground voltage for analog; a digital circuit 22 operable on second power-supply voltages DVDD and VSS which are a supply voltage and ground voltage for digital; and a band elimination filter 23 coupling the first power-supply system and the second power-supply system. The band elimination filter 23 attenuates a signal in a specific stop band, and passes a signal of a frequency other than the stop band. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
