PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem with the coaxial cables of a connecting connector, wherein signal lines of the coaxial cables at the center of a harness are different in ground distance and route from the signal lines of the coaxial cables at the end thereof and a ground inductance is greater at the center, and so current distribution due to a variation of ground potential is generated in the same harness to further increase radiation noises. SOLUTION: The connecting connector includes a plug connector provided at the end of the harness having the coaxial cables bound and core wires two-dimensionally arranged, plug connector signal pins two-dimensionally arranged in a cellular fashion on the face of the plug connector, and plug connector ground pins arranged to be located between the plurality of signal pins. The signal pins and the ground pins are electrically connected to the signal terminals and the ground terminals of a receptacle connector, respectively, and signal pads and ground pads electrically connected to the signal terminals and the ground terminals inside the receptacle connector are electrically connected to the signal wires and the ground wires of a substrate, respectively.
