A mobile communication method comprises the steps of: allocating one or more Zadoff-Chu sequences to each of a plurality of cells (#A to #G); generating a plurality of RACH preambles by performing a cyclic shift of the allocated Zadoff-Chu sequences by a given time interval (Ncs) in each of the cells (#A to #G); and acquiring a reception timing distribution of the RACH preambles within the given time interval (Ncs) in each of the cells (#A to #G).
