<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a graphic display without generating the sense of incompatibility in a view within a receiver apparatus enabling 3D display, and to improve the usability of an electronic program table. <P>SOLUTION: A receiver apparatus or a reproducing apparatus, which obtains digital information including information indicating whether cubic display can be made or not together with video information, comprises a controller portion for producing graphic data for display added with a parallax thereof, wherein graphic data without generating the sense of incompatibility to a user is created by changing all or a part of graphic data for display into data for cubic display, when producing the data according to a condition of cubic display of an output video.
