<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the use efficiency of each room by a user even in a facility use form to share the plurality of rooms by the plurality of users. <P>SOLUTION: At request of entering the room, a facility management system compares the maximum accommodating number of persons and the number of existing persons for every room 20 to determine the possibility of entrance to the room, selects the destination room which is determined to be permitted to enter and has the highest priority, and transmits an entrance permit to a door control terminal 23 of the room only when the destination room is the same as the room required to enter.
