PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly execute a check out process even at a crowded time in a store such as a supermarket.

SOLUTION: A handy terminal includes: a data reading means for reading data attached to a commodity; a commodity information reading means for reading the commodity information based on the read data by the data reading means; a commodity information displaying means for displaying the commodity information read by the commodity information reading means; and a radio output means for carrying out radio output of the commodity information that is read from the commodity information reading means.
