<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate discriminating a transmitted image and an image that has not been transmitted yet when a photographed image is recorded using a removable recording medium having a transmission function. <P>SOLUTION: When image data is recorded in the recording medium having an automatic transmission function, the transmitted image and the image that has not been transmitted yet are separated and stored in separated folders formed on the recording medium, namely, the image data is separated and stored in a DCIM2 folder and a DCIM folder. In this case, the transmitted image data is reduced and stored in the DCIM2 folder, while the transmitted image data is deleted from the DCIM folder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
