<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body display device that can detect a specific behavior of a moving body and automatically store a position where the behavior occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A plotter device as the moving body display device includes a GPS receiver, a memory and a CPU. The GPS receiver acquires a positioning signal and calculates a position of its own ship. The GPS receiver also calculates a speed or a direction of its own ship on the basis of the positioning signal. When it is detected that the speed calculated by the GPS receiver changes equal to or more than a predetermined change amount within a predetermined time, or that the direction calculated by the GPS receiver changes equal to or more than a predetermined angle within the predetermined time, the memory stores a position where the change occurs.
