<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a separator for fuel cell satisfying various required characteristics such as conductivity, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, thin thickness or the like, in an easy and economical way. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive resin ink containing a conductive filler is applied to surfaces of a substrate 21 and cured so as to form conductive resin base layers 22. Then, protruded parts 30 having the same width and length as recessed grooves 24, 25 to be formed are formed with a photo-resist 26 on the surfaces of the conductive resin base layers 22 on the opposite side to the surfaces of the substrate 21 so as to form concavo-concave surfaces. Then, a conductive resin ink containing a conductive filler is applied to cover the concavo-concave surfaces formed on the conductive resin base layers 22 and after filling the recessed part 32 between the protruded part 30 and the protruded part 30, the conductive resin ink is cured to form conductive resin layers 23. Then, the conductive resin layers 23 are polished and removed till the protruded parts 30 are exposed and the protruded parts 30 formed with the photo-resist 26 are peeled to be removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
