PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of base station devices to perform suitable communication control by allowing mobile station devices to efficiently transmit feedback information.

SOLUTION: The mobile station device is applied to a radio communication system comprising: a plurality of mobile station devices; and a base station device to exchange signals with the plurality of mobile station devices. The mobile station device includes: a reception processing part 401 for receiving a signal from the base station device; and a transmission processing part 405 which transmits, to the base station device, a signal including channel state information indicating a propagation path state measured based on the signal transmitted from the base station device at a periodic first timing and which transmits at a non-periodic second timing, to the base station device, a signal including a channel quality index indicating a combination of a modulation scheme and a transport block size calculated in such a way as to receive information data without exceeding a predetermined error rate at the device itself.
