<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding member having a coating film capable of preventing elution of a coating film component even when used in an environment contacting with lubricating oil including a sulfur-based additive, reduced in friction and excellent in peeling resistance and wear resistance even under the condition that stress is repeatedly applied or the lean lubrication condition, and a retainer including the sliding member, and a rolling bearing using the retainer. <P>SOLUTION: The needle roller bearing 1 has the retainer 2 wherein the coating film including a resin composition is formed after a silane coupling agent is coated onto a retainer surface which is obtained by removing a manganese phosphate film after forming the manganese phosphate film. The resin composition is obtained by mixing a filling material other than polytetrafluoroethylene resin with synthetic resin having tensile strength after molding of 115 MPa or more, and the filling material includes at least fullerene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
